"Any Willing Pharmacy" Rule Proposed
The Trump administration is offering #PharmacyFreedom to senior citizens. You can help America's seniors on Medicare secure the freedom to access prescription medications at the pharmacy of their choice—whether nearby or online.
Please send in a brief public comment (see directions below). Even a simple sentence will do.
Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) corporations are very unhappy with this proposal. That's because PBMs reap financial benefits by only allowing patients to access medications at a list of selected (and often more expensive) "preferred pharmacies."
Federal officials who proposed this freedom need to hear from you...not just upset PBMs. You can help make freedom happen by acting before tomorrow's deadline.
Please send a statement of support for this Medicare Part D (prescription program) proposal. The deadline is TODAY, Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 11:59pm ET.

Sample Comment:
"I support the proposed freedom to use whatever pharmacy Medicare patients want to use to obtain their medications. Senior citizens shouldn't be limited to an outsider's list of preferred pharmacies. Thank you for proposing to restore patient freedom, pharmacy freedom, and competition to medication purchases.
