These requirements drive a data services information hub structure that will act as a single interface point for Exchanges to all federal agency partners, and provide common functional service support. A single interface simplifies the integration required of the Exchanges. Common services allow for adherence to federal and industry standards regarding security, data transport, and information safeguards management."
