Now he says the videotaped comment was “off the cuff.” But alas, yet another videotape finds him saying that Americans are “too stupid to understand” the language in Obamacare.

But the government is planning a new way to keep tabs on all Americans—through a sneaky biosurveillance plan that will track American’s health records.
I recently stumbled upon two alarming intertwined initiatives. One is “One Health,” described in more detail later. The other is published by the Obama Administration. Called the National Strategy for Biosurviellance, it specifically states,
“A well-integrated, national biosurveillance enterprise is a national security imperative.”

The government wants every baby’s genetic code. Today the National Institutes of Health announced federal grants totaling $25 million over five years to four institutions to develop a process to sequence the genome – the DNA – of every child at birth.
