Latest Round of 30% Premium Increases Points to One Solution—Repeal
The Wall Street Journal recently reported that major health insurers in five states—Idaho, West Virginia, South Carolina, Iowa and Wyoming—will seek increases of 30 percent or more for premiums on 2018 Obamacare plans, according to preliminary rate requests published last week by the Department of Health and Human Services.

ST. PAUL, Minn.—Washington, D.C., was a flurry of fast-moving activity yesterday, as U.S. senators decided to proceed to a debate of the most current health care bill, likely to be changed even further because of permitted amendments.

The following CCHF chart lays out the three parts of the Affordable Care Act that Americans may or may not realize became law in 2010, including the intrusions that get between patients and doctors through federal control of the entire health care system. The law is 2,700 pages long with an additional 20,000+ pages of prescriptive federal regulations. Thus, CCHF is calling for a full repeal.
