Houston, we have a problem. Where is the REPEAL in the GOP ‘repeal and replace’ bill? Republicans have won three elections because they promised to repeal Obamacare. Nothing about the latest “repeal and replace” bill is a repeal of Obamacare. It’s essentially the Republican version of Obamacare.

Good news! Under Trumps executive order, the IRS no longer requires you to show health insurance status! If you're filing a standard form 1040 for your 2016 taxes, you'll find the question on line 61. Since the IRS is depending on voluntary disclosure to enforce the penalty until Congress acts to change the requirement, we are urging all individuals to leave it blank whether they had coverage or not and start to throw off the shackles of Obamacare.

ST. PAUL, Minn.—After the U.S. Senate confirmed the appointment of Rep. Tom Price early this morning as the Secretary of Health and Human Services, Citizens’ Council for Health Freedom (CCHF, www.cchfreedom.org), a national health freedom and patient advocacy organization, applauded the confirmation, stating that Price is the best person for the job.
On Wednesday, Democratic members of the U.S. Senate Finance Committee staged a protest against GOP Congressman Tom Price’s nomination as Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Rather than act in a respectable manner befitting their responsibilities as public servants, Democrats boycotted the vote. Twelve chairs sat empty.
