Phyllis often stood when no one else did, wrote what no one else would (the updated “Choice Not an Echo”), and kept the Constitution of the United States intact. Her zeal for conservative, constitutional, life-affirming principles never wavered.

And these are heavy hitters—UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Aetna and some Blue Cross Blue Shield companies. Cooperatives established under the law are collapsing as well. Just seven of the 23 remain.
