Yet another Affordable Care Act tax is on tap for September, starting at $8 billion a year and increasing to more than $14 billion annually by 2018. In short, says Twila Brase, president and co-founder of Citizens’ Council for Health Freedom (CCHF, www.cchfreedom.org), every health plan with more than $25 million dollars of premiums has to pay a portion of that giant tax.

Despite Obamacare Fact #1, this section of the ACA says the former section’s prohibition on lifetime limits “shall not be construed to prevent a group health plan or health insurance coverage from placing annual or lifetime per beneficiary limits on specific covered benefits...
Although the Affordable Care Act (ACA) prohibits “lifetime limits on the dollar value of benefits for any participant or beneficiary,” it does not prohibit limits on patient access to care...

I just read “The Law” by Frederic Bastiat. Given the first GOP presidential debate on August 6 and the unconstitutionality of Obamacare, this little book from 1850 was perfect.
