Just like there is no gold backing the U.S. dollar, so there may be no care backing the “coverage guaranteed” certificate you receive under Obamacare’s universal coverage program.

The Citizens’ Council for Health Freedom (CCHF, www.cchfreedom.com) has discovered a newly created federal system of records. The system, called the “Health Insurance Exchange Program,” was finalized by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) on March 6, 2013 and will house much of each state’s health insurance exchange information, including personally identifiable information, private health data, employment and insurance data, and qualified employer information in a single, federal records system.

“This afternoon, the Minnesota Senate made the final vote to pass the Minnesota Health Insurance Exchange, or MN HIX, bill, which passed by a vote of 39 to 28. Not a single Republican Senator voted for the bill and one Democrat voted in opposition of it during the House vote last week.

The battle over Obamacare is bigger than health care. It's about whether we'll be a free nation of free people or whether government will rule over our lives and determine our value. Three years after Obama's health reform bill became the so-called "law of the land," it's nowhere close to being accepted as such. The average of three polls taken between June and November 2012 shows 50.3% of Americans support repeal and only 44.3% oppose repeal. This is good news!
