The first six points look like he picked off standard GOP health care talking points without much creative thought. The proposed rule threatens the privacy rights of individuals, as well as the constitutional rights of individuals to freedom of speech and freedom of association. This proposed rule is a step toward the expansion of government and a threat to individual rights and the vitality of the private non-profit sector.

The fear is palpable. It seems many Republicans and conservatives are afraid of winning the King vs. Burwell ACA subsidy care against the Obama administration. I overheard someone saying it might even be better to lose! Not true. If bureaucrats can make the law say whatever they want it to say, we are in deep trouble.
