Reacting to the recent court news from New York, Citizens’ Council for Health Freedom releases the following statement from Twila Brase, CCHF’s president and co-founder: “The tide is turning. Judge Ponzio’s ruling to reinstate all New York City public employees who refused to get the Covid shot with backpay is a win for truth and justice. Pfizer has now admitted the vaccine does not stop transmission and it’s been clear for nearly a year that the vaccine does not stop anyone from contracting COVID-19."

In 2010, prior to health care sharing being authorized as an exemption to the Affordable Care Act’s insurance mandate, Citizens’ Council for Health Freedom (CCHF) issued a comprehensive report on this innovative, free-market coverage option. ST. PAUL, Minn. — In a landmark case, a Michigan law firm, Outside Legal Counsel, has successfully sued the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services. In a major win for the rights of parents and against the government’s long-term storage of a child’s DNA, the court ruled that the state’s unconsented storage and research are unconstitutional.
