The Obama administration’s violations continue. On May 18, 2016, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) issued a final nondiscrimination (transgender) rule for health care, saying patients must receive treatment and access facilities and programs according to their gender choice, not their biological sex.
Health care consolidation limits freedom and independence. The government’s drive to consolidate doctors and hospitals – and thereby more easily exert control -- began with Medicare and continues under Obamacare.
The Obama Administration wants solo practices to disappear. The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has issued a 962-page proposed rule that will hurt 87 percent of solo practices (89,383 clinicians).

The delivery of medical care is being altered without your consent. I call this Obamacare II. This is the part of Obamacare most people don’t know about. Unlike the well-known insurance reforms of Obamacare I (as I call it), Obamacare II is focused on transferring power from physicians and patients to government officials and managed care executives.

Have you read Donald Trump’s health care plan? At first glance, there’s nothing unique about his plan. The first six points look like he picked off standard GOP health care talking points without much creative thought. Interestingly, it sounds like he has no idea we already have the Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) he’s proposing.
