Forced vaccination? The Obama administration has issued an 88-page proposed rule giving federal officials power to detain U.S. citizens traveling within the U.S. for the purpose of examination, testing, vaccination and possible quarantine. Airports, train stations, bus terminals and U.S. ports would be compelled to cooperate in reporting Americans. Detained individuals may be required to pay for all testing, treatment, transportation and vaccination imposed by government.

REAL ID Wonderful News!

Great News! The MN legislative session is done (Yeah!) and the REAL ID bill failed (Yeah!). While we never wanted it to get this far, at least it isn't law.

Action Alert - "Let REAL ID Bill Die"

LET IT DIE: The best thing that could happen is the bill is left to die. S.F. 3589 should never make it out of conference committee. Call or email Speaker Kurt Daudt and ask him to "Let the REAL ID bill die. Don't give us a federal REAL ID."

REAL ID Conference Committee Meeting Notice

There will be a conference committee between three members of the House and three members of the Senate to work out differences between the language in the REAL ID bills that passed the two chambers. But BOTH bills federalize MN driver's licenses and ID cards and put them under control of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

MN Senate Passes "National ID" Bill - 12 Republicans Vote "Yes"

The Minnesota Senate voted today on the REAL ID bill (S.F. 3589) passing it 48 - 16 with 12 Republicans voting "yes."

MN GOP Leadership Twisting Arms on Unconstitutional "REAL ID"

The MN GOP leadership is twisting arms to pass an unconstitutional bill. We were disappointed yesterday to see most House Transportation Policy and Finance Committee Republicans vote to pass REAL ID 14-9.

MN REAL ID BILL -- Requires Registration for Federal Driver's License

The Minnesota legislature, including House GOP leadership, plan to give you a Federal Driver's License -- under federal control.

The House has a hearing tomorrow at 1:00 p.m. The Senate hears the bill Friday. Please raise your voice now...or we will lose our freedom.
