Citizens’ Council for Health Freedom Welcomes

Health Care Champions to Annual Event

DAN BONGINO Headlines Oct. 22 Fundraising Dinner in Minneapolis;

Richard Weinstein is Special Guest;

Early Bird Deadline Oct. 7

ST. PAUL, Minn.—Later this month, Citizens’ Council for Health Freedom (CCHF, www.cchfreedom.org), a patient-centered national health freedom organization based in St. Paul, Minn., existing to protect health care choices, individualized patient care, and medical and genetic privacy rights, will welcome two health care champions to its annual dinner and fundraising event in Minneapolis.

On Oct. 22, CCHF will welcome keynote speaker Dan Bongino, a bestselling-author and former Secret Service agent, and special guest Richard Weinstein, who exposed the true intentions behind Obamacare by uncovering video of Obamacare architect Jonathan Gruber.

The evening will enable CCHF to continue what it does best—protect patients and doctors from government encroachment; distill complex health care issues into the easy-to-understand Health Freedom Minutes that air on more than 350 radio stations across the country; target the Achilles’ heel of health care policy; and keep the business of health care from destroying the caring mission of medicine.

“October 22 will be a night of celebration,” said CCHF president and co-founder Twila Brase. “A night of celebration, but also an evening with a message of urgency. We’ve been able to accomplish much and educate citizens about how health care policies and regulations affect their daily lives. But there is so much more to do. With guests like Dan Bongino and Richard Weinstein, our upcoming event will be one that those concerned with the future of health care won’t want to miss.”

Bongino is a 12-year veteran of the Secret Service and the bestselling author of “Life Inside the Bubble: Why a Top-Ranked Secret Service Agent Walked Away from It All” and the just released “The Fight: A Secret Service Agent’s Inside Account of Security Failings and the Political Machine.” In a 2013 interview, Bongino told ABC News, that “‘the fog of scandals in the Obama administration’ and an inside look at the Obamacare debate led him to turn in his badge, turn on his former boss, and run for Congress as a Republican.” Bongino added that, without revealing details, “It’s worse than people know. They’d be shocked, scared, if they knew everything,” according to ABC. “Being a Secret Service agent, I have an obligation not to disclose personal conversations and security details. But that doesn’t prevent me from speaking generally about foundational principles and the system of patronage and punishment I saw in the Obama administration.”

Bongino said Obamacare was a deciding factor in his decision to leave the Secret Service, stating, “If there was one event that helped make up my mind, the most visceral was the Obamacare debate. The public doesn’t have any idea how many deals were cut on that. … So many people were sold out, and so many sold out, it’s disgusting.”

A special guest at the CCHF event will be Rich Weinstein, the “Father of Grubergate,” who discovered the videos where Affordable Care Act architect Jonathan Gruber admitted to deception to pass Obamacare.
