Claim an Obamacare Exemption to Avoid Penalty

In 2014, 20 million went without insurance, but only 8 million paid the penalty-tax. The remaining 12 million people claimed one of 9 exemptions (which include 14 hardship waivers). Numbers 13 and 14 are fairly broad in scope. More than 600,000 people have avoided the penalty -- and the high-cost, unaffordable premiums -- by joining a health-sharing ministry (Exemption #2).
